Greetings from Thailand!

Hey guys, hope you all are doing well. If you hadn't heard yet, wanted to let you know that I have arrived in Chiang Mai just a few weeks ago. The family and I are doing well, sleep adjustment wasn't too terrible, and we're getting to know our neighborhood and figuring out life here. So far I really like it!

Similar to when I was in China, the best ways to keep in touch are via Signal and WhatsApp. I still have those registered to my old 512 US number (ask me if you don't have it). Of course you can also email me, send a Facebook message, or post here on the forum. These things won't be as annoying for me to use since I don't have to deal with the Great Firewall anymore. Don't try texting or regular-phone calling the 512 number, because it won't be me.

Chiang Mai is a pretty cool place, so if you're up for a long flight then please come visit! We actually have a rule of sorts to not have visitors for several months so that we can concentrate on our work here and learning language and culture, but wanted to give you a heads up in case you wanted to think ahead on a trip sometime. This is more of a mountainous area (not near the ocean), so once you're over here it works well to spend time here and then take a cheap flight to go to Bangkok (for the really big Asian city feel) or to Phuket or somewhere else for the awesome beaches.

That's the quick update. Keep in touch!
